We are not a volume factory. Capacity is limited so that payroll runs, VAT returns and regulated reports do not share a junior who has never seen a client account.

Compliance first
Company formation, payroll, VAT, P11D, construction, buy-to-let and retail accounts, tax returns and tax planning are the spine of the practice. Statutory audit sits on top of that discipline, not instead of it.
Regulated clients
Solicitors, letting agents, healthcare charities, religious charities and other charities have a second audience — the SRA, Propertymark, the Charity Commission. The file has to satisfy them as well as you.
Systems, not a single ledger
Sage, IRIS, Xero and other cloud ledgers, SAPA, Oracle and SAP. Technical know-how across a wide range of packages, so a takeover does not start with a software conversion.

Instruction
If the work is a takeover, bring the last accounts and the payroll date.
Professional clearance is handled as a matter of course. We will not leave a VAT period or a PAYE payday hanging between two firms.
