The Companies House fee is their charge. VAT is on our fees only. Pay by card on Stripe. This page never sees the card number, and it never asks for a Companies House password.

What happens next

Name and people
We check the company name is free to use and that the directors and shareholders match what you want on the register.

Card
Pay £160.00 to form the company, or £340.00 if you also want the registrations. Stripe takes the card.

Identity
Directors and people with significant control verify their identity with Companies House. We cannot file without it.

Incorporation
We file the incorporation, share allotment and registered office, then sequence PAYE, VAT, P11D, EORI and pension if you asked for them.
