Audit
ATOL reporting & travel company audit
If you sell flight-inclusive packages you must hold an ATOL. Since April 2016 only a designated ATOL Reporting Accountant (ARA) at a registered firm may sign the accountant’s reports the Civil Aviation Authority requires. We are registered with ACCA under the CAA ATOL Reporting Accountants Scheme — ACCA Certified ATOL — and we report for travel companies, tour operators and travel agents.

- ATOL Annual Accountants’ Report (AAR Part 1) on licensable revenue and passenger numbers, for submission to the CAA
- AAR Part 2 and other CAA-requested reports where the licence or the CAA requires an ARA signature
- Statutory audit of travel companies where the Companies Act or a CAA licence condition requires it
- Small Business ATOL quarterly reporting to the same standard as a full licence
- Support on ATOL licence grant, renewal and variation — the numbers the CAA will test
- Licensable versus non-licensable sales, package identification and the records an ARA must see
